Return Policy
At Renee John, we take pride in creating elevated garments designed to meet the demands of the aesthetic industry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept eligible returns under the following guidelines:
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached to the garment.
- Garments showing signs of wear, odor, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, stains, or damage are not eligible for return.
- Items returned without original tags will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Embroidered or customized garments.
- Altered garments, including any garment that has been hemmed or tailored.
- Makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, or treatment product stains void return eligibility.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are subject to product availability. If you require a different size or style, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was received.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Renee John is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of your return for processing.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.
