Renee John was born from over two decades of experience in the medical industry and a deep understanding of the women who shape it. After more than 20 years in sales across 17 specialties, I had the unique opportunity to engage with hundreds of professionals, listening, learning, and identifying what truly matters in a uniform.

Through those conversations, one thing became clear: there was a missing piece in the aesthetics and spa space. Uniforms did not reflect the elevated nature of the work being performed.

With a vision to redefine industry standards, Renee John was created through a meaningful collaboration with my father, my greatest teacher, mentor, and unwavering support. By combining my research, design perspective, and firsthand industry insight with his seasoned business expertise, we built a brand rooted in purpose, quality, and intention.

The name Renee John is deeply personal: Renee, my middle name, and John, his. A reflection of both legacy and vision.

Building this company alongside my father has been one of my greatest accomplishments. Since his recent passing, that purpose has only deepened. Every day, I am inspired to continue growing Renee John by creating elevated, professional designs with the highest-quality fabrics so women feel confident, polished, and empowered in their work.
